Sam is more than just the one who keeps our warehouse running smoothly—he’s also a skilled fabricator and a key trainer for our production team. In addition to managing inventory, logistics, and daily operations, Sam manufactures parts himself and ensures every new team member is trained to meet our high standards. Sam is also responsible for setting up tooling and inspection before each production run—an essential step that ensures accuracy and quality from the start. His deep knowledge, work ethic, and leadership make him an essential part of our success and the go-to person for keeping everything on track, both on the floor and behind the scenes.

Dylan brings advanced technical expertise to every project. With experience as a Quality and Design Engineer on the Shadow and Aerosonde drones, and his work as Lead Engineer on thrust reversers and engine integration for aircraft like the A320NEO and PW1200G engine. Dylan now works as a global R7D engineer making lucky and consumer audio equipment. He plays a vital role in ensuring the precision and performance of our solutions. Every project goes through him for review and input. Outside of work, Dylan also serves as a Company Commander for a Headquarters Company in the 876th Brigade Engineer Battalion—an extension of the discipline and leadership he brings to our team.

Loi Tran was Rich’s trusted partner for over three decades, playing an instrumental role in building and sustaining the manufacturing side of the business.
